With PRsue, you can create, execute, and manage training campaigns that optimize every workout, whether you want to peak for race day or just get into the best shape of your life. How We’re Different

What makes PRsue different from other training apps:

Custom-Designed Program | Every athlete is unique – physiologically and practically – but most training apps are one-size-fits-all. PRsue optimizes your training based on:

• Your current level of fitness
• Days and total time per week available for training
• Event date and type, or target fitness date

True Flexibility | Most training apps give you a set plan. If you miss a day or run further or shorter than planned, you’re off-plan and out of luck. Your life and your body don’t work that way, so neither does PRsue! Our patent-pending, flexible algorithm automatically “recalculates” to accommodate missed workouts, extra runs, and other changes.


How We Do It

To unlock PRsue’s full power, you’ll need to run with a heart rate monitor.

PRsue training campaigns incorporate best practices in volume periodization and guide the runner’s intensity within each workout using target heart rate zones. Heart rate zones are individualized for each runner based on a 30-minute test set. You will be guided to perform the test set in the PRsue app.

What If I’m Just Starting Up? | We recognize that some runners may be relatively new to running, just starting back after a long hiatus, or not running with a heart rate monitor. PRsue offers a “Ramp Up” program that can be performed without a heart rate monitor for runners currently training less than 2 hours per week. This program is designed to safely increase your running volume and fitness over a 7-10 week period, preparing you to perform the test set and create your first personalized training campaign with a PRsue-compatible heart rate monitor.
